When we decrease the stigma around mental health and encourage help-seeking, we can change and save lives. Through Half of Us, mtvU and The Jed Foundation aim to initiate a public dialogue to raise awareness about the prevalence of mental health issues and connect students to the appropriate resources to get help.

If you are concerned about yourself or someone you love, take a few minutes to complete an anonymous self-assessment.
The Nar-Anon Family Groups are a worldwide fellowship for those affected by someone else’s addiction. As a twelve step program, they offer help by sharing experience, strength, and hope. The only requirement to be a member and attend Nar-Anon meetings is that there is a problem of drugs or addiction in a relative or friend.
One Love is the national leader in educating young people about healthy and unhealthy relationships and galvanizing them as leaders of change.We believe by teaching young people to #LoveBetter and what healthy behaviors look like, we can change the statistics around abuse, sexual assault and harassment.
